It was a very welcoming experience + much appriciated.
You run a very clean, tidy + quiet establishment.
Excellent room + hot water. The common rooms are great.
Could do with a hook in the bathroom +2 rails to hang towels on to dry- but not over the toilet1
Found drying them hard when you are out all day + the heat off.
Thank you- we hope to be back & will send family here.

Regarding drying clothes, we have coin dryer on the 1st floor for guests use.
If our staff(Naoya) forgot to introduce it to you, please accept our sincere apologies for that.
